CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation, there will be no refund unless the property is fully re-let. In the event the property is re-let, monies paid shall be refunded less a cancellation fee, being 10% of the total tariff.
To avoid unnecessary loss of monies due to cancellation as a result of unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Mountain Multiservice, accommodation houses or properties and all service providers shall not be held responsible for skiing or weather conditions.
Receipt of you initial Booking Confirmation and payment of the required deposit shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the Booking Terms and Conditions of both Mountains Multiservice and the relevant accommodation house or property.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Mountain Multiservice, its employees, servants or agents shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, additional expenses, accident, delay or irregularity, whether in property or person or otherwise resulting directly from delay, charges in accommodation, breakdown in equipment or vehicles, weather, road closures, strike, sickness, theft, cancellation of or changes in itinerary or other causes beyond their control and without prejudice or limiting the generality of the foregoing, shall likewise not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, additional expense, accident, delay irregularity or disappointment, whether to property, person or otherwise, arising in connection with any accommodation or in connection with any vehicle or transport or other services.
The right is also reserved to alter the price, cancel or withdraw any tour or service or accommodation. All fares are subject to change and acceptance of documents signifies and confirms your agreement to the terms and conditions.
